I started selling income property in 2013 at Marcus & Millichap and went independent in 2018. The Mobile Home Park King is the brokerage I built for parks specifically, under its own Florida license, because a park is not an apartment building with wheels: who owns the homes drives the value, the financing works differently, and an owner deserves a broker who prices that instead of guessing at it.
